Digital signature — no printing or mailing.

4. We Handle Everything

We contact the hospital and negotiate on your behalf. You never make a single phone call.

Every step is tracked and logged.

5. We Don't Give Up

Simple as that.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a scan cost?

Scanning your bill is completely free. No credit card required.

What if no errors are found?

If your bill is accurate, we will tell you. No charge, no obligation.

What does BillRazor charge?

For unpaid bills, we charge 25% of the reduction — only if we successfully reduce your bill. For already-paid bills, there is a flat fee of $299.

Is my information safe?

Yes. We are fully HIPAA-compliant. All data is encrypted with bank-level security (AES-256) at rest and in transit. We only access billing information — never your clinical records.

How long does it take to get results?

The bill scan takes under a minute. If you authorize us to negotiate, most cases are resolved within 2 to 6 weeks. We handle all follow-ups — you just wait for the result.

Can I use this if I already paid my bill?

Yes. We can still negotiate a correction on bills you've already paid. We charge a flat fee of $299 upfront for already-paid bills.

What if my bill is a summary without individual charges?

If your bill only shows a total amount without itemized charges, we will let you know and explain how to request an itemized bill from your provider. Hospitals are required by law to provide one upon request.

Do I have to talk to the hospital?

No. Once you authorize us, we handle all communication with the hospital. You never need to make a phone call, write a letter, or sit on hold. We take care of everything.
