How long does a free scan take?

Is my medical bill data secure?

Yes. BillRazor is HIPAA compliant. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We never share your information with third parties.

What happens after I purchase the Dispute Toolkit?

You immediately receive your full analysis report, dispute letter templates, negotiation scripts, and escalation playbook. These are yours to keep regardless of outcome.

How does the Full Service success fee work?

You pay a small upfront base fee. We then negotiate with your provider on your behalf. If we achieve savings, we charge a percentage of the amount saved (capped at a maximum). If we don’t save you anything, you only pay the base fee.

Can I cancel my Annual membership?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access through the end of your paid period.

What if my bill doesn’t have errors?

If our free scan finds no billing issues, we’ll tell you. You won’t be charged for a clean bill. We only recommend purchasing when we find actionable overcharges.
