Return & Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

BillRazor provides digital services including bill analysis reports, dispute toolkits, and full-service dispute resolution. Because our products are delivered digitally and work begins immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final.

2. Dispute Toolkit

The Dispute Toolkit is a one-time digital purchase that includes your full bill analysis report, dispute letter templates, negotiation scripts, and escalation playbook. Because the report is generated and delivered immediately, it is yours to keep regardless of outcome.

If our system fails to produce a report due to a technical error on our end (not due to an unreadable or invalid bill), you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting [email protected].

3. Full Service

Full Service includes an upfront base fee and a success fee charged only if we achieve savings on your behalf. Refund eligibility for the upfront base fee depends on the stage of work completed:

  • No work started: Full refund of the base fee
  • Initial outreach sent (email only): 75% refund of the base fee
  • Multiple channels used (email + fax): 50% refund of the base fee
  • Escalation in progress (voice/mail): 25% refund of the base fee

The success fee is only charged after confirmed savings. If no savings are achieved, no success fee is charged — you only pay the base fee.

4. Annual Membership

Annual memberships are billed yearly and may be canceled at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not provide a prorated refund for the current billing period. You retain access to all membership benefits through the end of your paid period.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and quickly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
